Orders
All orders placed on shop.philangles.co.uk are binding on your behalf and will be treated by Philangles Limited as an offer to buy.
All orders received via the website will be acknowledged by a system generated order confirmation e-mail at which time we enter into a contract with you.
If a confirmation e-mail is not received, your order may not have been received and you should contact us to confirm this.
Cancellation of Orders
You have a right (Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000) to cancel your order in writing seven working days, beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods. Please see below for method and costs of return.
Pricing
The prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT which is charged at the current applicable rate on all orders delivered to addresses within the EU. If your address is outside the EU, then VAT will not be charged. Channel Islands residents should select ‘Channel Islands’ rather than ‘United Kingdom’ as their delivery country otherwise VAT will be charged.
The price for the goods shown on our website at the date of your order is the applicable price. Price changes may occur over a period of time and will be updated on our website.
If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.
Payments
Payments can be made by card (all major debit and credit cards accepted). Card payments are made by using our high security payment system through worldpay.com.
Delivery
Postage is charged at the applicable flat rate stated on our website. (There are different rates for (i) United Kingdom and Channel Islands and (ii) the rest of the world).
Your order will normally be packed and dispatched by Royal Mail first class post within 48 hours although during busy periods this time period may be a few days longer. Larger stamps often take 2-3 days longer.
Current shipping time/delivery times displayed on our website are to provide a guideline only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable to you for any delays in delivery.
Please note that customers are solely responsible for entering complete and correct postal details for each order. We are not liable or responsible for any lost orders owing to incorrect information being given.

Your personal details will only be used to handle the order and all information gathered will never be passed on to or sold to third parties. However, please note that from time to time we may contact you via email or newsletter regarding our products and services.
Complaints

Returns & Refunds
Philangles Limited offer a return of goods scheme. Customers not satisfied with any item purchased may return them provided:
- A genuine reason is given
- The item is returned within 3 days of receipt
- The item is returned in the condition it was received in
- The item has not been viewed in person
If all conditions are met Philangles Limited will refund the cost of each item returned, postage and where an item has been misdescribed the customers return postage. Overseas customers mark on the package VAT number 570 7398 15. If any of items have been viewed before purchase we will not offer the returns scheme, they are sold as seen and you must be completely satisfied before making the purchase.
